Field Safety Notice: Metrex Research Pinnacle Syringe Sleeves   Metrex Research is conducting a recall on one lot of Pinnacle Syringe Sleeves as a result of a packaging error. The cases labeled as Pinnacle Syringe Sleeve with opening (Part Number 3767-WO) actually contain inner boxes labeled as Pinnacle Syringe Sleeves without opening (Part Number 3760). The Pinnacle Syringe Sleeves inside the inner boxes are of part number 3767-WO and do actually have an opening. According to the manufacturer, there are no Hong Kong consignees affected by this recall. If you are in possession of the affected product, please contact your supplier for necessary actions.
