Workshops for persons intending to list their Class II and Class III medical devices   Listing of Class II and Class III (medium risk) medical devices has been launched on 14 November 2005 as the second phase of the MDACS. Three workshops of the same content, explaining how to fill in the application form (MD-C2&3) for making the application, have been arranged as follows: ( a ) Sessions : (I) conducted in Cantonese: 22 November 2005;       (II) conducted in Cantonese: 1 December 2005;       (III) conducted in English: 12 December 2005. (b) Time : 2:30 - 5:00 p.m. (c) Venue : 3/F., Lam Tin Polyclinic, 99 Kai Tin Road , Lam Tin, Kowloon If you are interested, please fax to us the completed registration form for making reservation. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
