Metrex Research is conducting a recall on one lot of Pinnacle Syringe Sleeves as a result of a packaging error. The cases labeled as Pinnacle Syringe Sleeve with opening (Part Number 3767-WO) actually contain inner boxes labeled as Pinnacle Syringe Sleeves without opening (Part Number 3760). The Pinnacle Syringe Sleeves inside the inner boxes are of part number 3767-WO and do actually have an opening.

According to the manufacturer, there are no Hong Kong consignees affected by this recall.
