Phase V of the Medical Device Administrative Control System (MDACS) was launched on 17 July 2007 with the listing of importers of medical devices. Importers who are interested to become listed under the MDACS can apply. The requirements for the listing of importers as well as the application procedures can be found in the "Guidance Notes for Listing of Importers of Medical Devices (GN-07)," which is available in our "Issued Documents" section.
