Interactive workshop has been arranged by the Medical Device Control Office to help traders in lodging applications to list the Class D In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (IVDMD) under the Medical Device Administrative Control System (MDACS) on 17 August 2010 (Tuesday).
For interested parties, please download and complete the enrolment form and fax the completed form to the Medical Device Control Office at (852) 3157 1286. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and the enrolment in the workshop is free of charge.
(The workshop on application for Listing of Classes II, III or IV Medical Devices will be held on 15 October 2010 tentatively.)
